Revision of the “Locker Reservation Service and Delivery Service Terms of Use”

JR East Smart Logistics Co., Ltd. will revise the terms and conditions governing the use of Multi Ecube lockers on October 31, 2026.
Accordingly, portions of the“Multi Ecube Locker Reservation Service and Delivery Service Terms of Use”, which apply to services provided through the Multi Ecube website, will also be revised.
Please be sure to review the latest version of the Terms of Use before using the service.

The details of the revised terms are as follows:

■ Effective Date
Reservations made on or after October 31, 2026 (Saturday) will be subject to the revised Terms of Use.
Please note that the applicable date is the date on which the reservation and payment are completed, not the service usage date.
