[Important] Introduction of JRE ID

Starting Tuesday, April 7, 2026, you will be able to log in to the Multi-Cube website using your JRE ID.

After the introduction of JRE ID, users who have already registered as members on the Multi-Cube website will be able to link their existing accounts with a JRE ID.
Please note that once linked, login will only be possible via JRE ID.

In addition, a JRE ID will be required for all new member registrations.

JRE ID is a service that allows you to use various services of the JR East Group with a single ID and password.

■ New Registration, Login, and Account Linking after the Introduction of JRE ID

How to Register as a New Member (from April 7, 2026)

• If you do not have a JRE ID: Please register for a JRE ID first, then complete the member registration on the Multi-Cube website.
• If you already have a JRE ID: Please log in with your JRE ID and complete the member registration on the Multi-Cube website.

Login Method

• Members who registered on the Multi-Cube website before April 7, 2026: You may continue to log in using your existing account.
• Members who registered with a JRE ID or have already linked their existing account with a JRE ID: Login is available only via JRE ID.

How to Link Your Account

• Members who registered on the Multi-Cube website before April 7, 2026:
  By linking your existing account with your JRE ID, you will be able to log in using JRE ID.
  After logging in, please proceed from the Member Information page to complete the linking process.

■ Revision of the Privacy Policy

With the introduction of JRE ID, customer registration information and usage data of JRE ID users will be shared jointly with the JRE ID operator (JR East).
Accordingly, our Privacy Policy has been revised.

■ Temporary Website Suspension

Due to system maintenance for the introduction of JRE ID, services will be unavailable during the following periods.
Please note that the website cannot be accessed at these times.

• Tuesday, April 7, 2026, 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM
